| Abstract | Image contrast is a useful tool for visual analysis in remote sensing. Seeking improvements in the use of this tool, in this paper a package has been proposed, in python language, to automatically apply the contrast according to the land use and land cover class of each image region, independently. For this, land use and land cover data were used from the Mapbiomas Project, OLI/Landsat 8 images and selected six contrast techniques. Each technique was applied on image containing at least 5 land use and land cover classes and selected the best contrast technique for each class. The custom contrast function has been implemented selection according to the users choice. RESUMO: O contraste de imagens é uma ferramenta útil para a realização de análises visuais em sensoriamento remoto. Buscando melhorias na utilização dessa ferramenta, neste trabalho foi proposto um pacote, em linguagem python, para aplicação automática do contraste conforme a classe de uso e cobertura da terra de cada região da imagem, de forma independente. Para isso, foram utilizados dados de uso e cobertura da terra do Projeto Mapbiomas e imagens do sensor OLI/Landsat 8. Seis técnicas de contraste foram selecionadas e aplicadas em imagem contendo as 5 classes de uso e cobertura da terra, sendo selecionada a melhor técnica de contraste para cada classe. Também implementou-se a função para escolha personalizada de acordo com a opção do analista. |
